The Catch Tray can be used to catch and accumulate a stack of products. A
Photo Optic Start Sensor can be mounted in the bottom of the tray to signal
the feeder to replenish the tray once a stack is removed. The stack can be
removed by hand by an operator or it can be gently combed off the tray by
flight from a flighted conveyor or wrapping machine for an Automatic System.
There are three different families of Catch Trays:
1.
CT Series: CT 350 E, CT 450 E and CT 550 E series. These trays are
approximately 2" deep for catching and accumulating a small stack of
products.

SMCT Series: The Side Mount Catch Tray series allows the feed product into
this tray from the side. A flight from a wrapping machine of collating machine
can gently comb the stack from the tray from the side or an operator can also
remove a stack from the tray by hand. A Photo Optic Start Sensor can be
mounted in the tray to signal to feeder to replenish the tray once a stack is
removed by the flight or by an operator.

IMCT Series: The IMCT Series Catch Trays are adjustable Depth and Width
Catch Trays (up to 175mm (7" deep) that allow the feeder to feed the
product in line. A flight from a wrapping machine or collating machine can
gently comb the stack from the tray in line or an operator can also remove a
stack from the tray by hand. A Photo Optic Start Sensor can be mounted in the
tray to signal to feeder to replenish the tray once a stack is removed by the
flight or by an operator.
